Call Center Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Petronas in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers and resolving their queries or issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, providing information about products and services, and upselling when appropriate - Using the company's CRM system to update customer information, track interactions, and report on call center activities - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals set by management - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following requirements:

- Personality traits: Independent, driven - Soft skills: Decision-making, cooperation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools - Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
