Call Center Specialist - Work from home

As a Call Center Specialist at UEM Sunrise Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers over the phone. This is a work-from-home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, with part-time hours.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and presentation skills - Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
