Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and independent Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat platform - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Utilize time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and make decisions - Strong time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently - Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively - Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers - Proficiency in computer skills and chat platforms
