Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing chat support to customers and clients through online messaging platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing details, and assist with order processing. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer support processes. 6. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and online messaging platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
