Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via chat, helping them navigate our products and services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat. 2. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member. 3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our products and services. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer support delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems. 3. Strong people management skills. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with team members. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6.
