Job Description:


Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide efficient and professional chat support to customers via online messaging platforms. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 5. Cooperate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet performance targets. 6. Handle customer complaints with resilience and adaptability, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 4. Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive sales. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using online messaging platforms and customer support software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
