Remote Chat Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis and improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product information and updates to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 2. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
