Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and shipping details to customers. 3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve under pressure. 2. Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chat support platforms. 5. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. 6. Energetic and driven to exceed customer expectations. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
