Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through chat support services. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat services - Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in computer and internet usage - Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
