Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner via chat support - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Keeping track of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality - Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Passionate and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to provide leadership and manage people effectively - Proficiency in written communication and typing skills - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
