Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, have strong teamwork skills, and possess the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat for Maxis Berhad products and services - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and general support - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Strong persuasion skills to effectively assist customers - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
