Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Chat Support Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time through online chat. - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. - Provide information on Malaysia Airlines' products, services, and policies. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to provide better support to customers.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. - Excellent time management skills. - Proficiency in research to find solutions to customer inquiries. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms.
