Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other questions or concerns they may have - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible customer service experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Ability to engage in strategic planning and conduct research to effectively resolve customer inquiries - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
