Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level role, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers. 3. Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve the overall customer experience. 8. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to chat support, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and adaptable personality traits to effectively interact with a diverse customer base. 3. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms. 7. Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
