Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at an entry level, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the customer support field.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and friendly chat support to customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient support to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Excellent cooperation and project management skills
