Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and independent. Soft skills such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
