Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Media Prima Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through chat support - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or chat support - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
