Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via chat platform. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and more. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively. 5. Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Driven and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers. 5. Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills to collaborate with colleagues. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and other related tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
