Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with an Associate level seniority and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
