Job Description:

QSR Brands is currently seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat support channels. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat support platforms. 5. Must be reliable and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
