Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Manager to join our team at MR DIY Group in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the chat support team to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a chat support role. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly. 6. Experience with chat support software and CRM systems.
