Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Genting Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the chat support team, ensuring all team members are meeting performance metrics and providing excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support performance metrics and generate reports for senior management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Adaptable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Team player with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
