Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Provide coaching and training to chat support agents as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 7. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in chat support. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 9. Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in chat support tools and systems. 7. Ability to remain calm under pressure. 8. Knowledge of customer relationship management principles. 9. Strong problem-solving skills.
