Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a confident and driven Chat Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely support to customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat support. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions. 4. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 6. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information. 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
