Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer support through chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat communication. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer support experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service information to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
