Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This role requires the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat messaging in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically under pressure. 4. Emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 5. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 7. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
