Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Chat Support Officer to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and follow up as needed - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Driven and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - People management skills to handle various customer situations effectively
