Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Chat Support Officer to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but strong leadership skills and critical thinking abilities are a must. The Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries through online chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 3. Leadership skills to drive team collaboration and success. 4. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours in Kuala Lumpur, MY.
