Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Officer at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or remote support role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and escalations effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Identifying and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and online chat platforms - Experience with CRM systems is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
