Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This role is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up to date on product and service knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Adaptability and cooperation as soft skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Additional language skills are a plus
