Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer working from home in George Town, Penang, with this part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers. 3. Research and innovate new ways to improve the customer support experience. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience. 6. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient attitude towards customer support. 2. Strong research and innovation skills to improve customer interactions. 3. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
