Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Nestlé Malaysia. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support channels. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
