Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Officer to work from home in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, motivated, and possess strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. High School diploma or equivalent. 4. Proficient in computer skills and familiar with chat platforms. 5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
