Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide innovative solutions. 3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adhere to company guidelines and standards while representing the brand in a professional manner. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 6. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems. 7. Experience working remotely and managing time effectively. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
