Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative at Digi.Com Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company.
