Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department. 4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements: 1. Confidence in customer interactions and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 2. Resilience to handle challenging situations and find solutions effectively. 3. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 5. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
