Penerangan Pekerjaan - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - Passionate and motivated about providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management and analysis skills - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and systems
