Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad. As a part-time associate level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role is based in George Town, Penang, MY, but you will have the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service tools - Cooperates well with others and demonstrates effective planning skills
