Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Perodua in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a part-time Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize creativity to find solutions to customer inquiries and problems. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience with our brand. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the chat support process. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience with chat support platforms is a plus.
