Job Description:


Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through chat support channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to customers and assist them with their needs - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet established performance metrics and goals - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Strong negotiation and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and chat support software
