Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a motivated and dynamic Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our valued customers in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Chat Support Specialist at Hilton, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service through chat-based interactions.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and helpful information - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to effectively address customer needs - Meet and exceed established customer service metrics and goals - Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in handling challenging situations - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Critical thinking and decision-making skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
