Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Assist in the coordination of client events and meetings, both in person and remotely. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell existing clients. 5. Prepare and deliver reports on client activities, feedback, and trends to management. 6. Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve service.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to make sound decisions independently. 5. Hardworking and driven personality. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
