Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:


Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client relations by coordinating communication between clients and internal teams - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Maintain client databases and ensure all information is up to date - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative solutions to meet client needs - Support the team in organizing events and activities for clients


Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work well in a team environment - Strong people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for clients - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
