Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Assistant will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with account setup, registration, and troubleshooting. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 6. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement client satisfaction strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team. 6. Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 7. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
