Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Client Relations Assistant in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing client relationships and addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide support to the Client Relations team in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client databases - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to clients - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations and customer service - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Independent and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and demonstrate innovation in problem-solving - Excellent time management and organizational skills - A professional and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be able to work part-time hours as required
