Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relations by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner - Assist in maintaining client databases and records - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement client retention strategies - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
