Job Description:


IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our clients in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our healthcare services.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Assist with organizing client events and meetings - Monitor client feedback and provide insights for improvement - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote client engagement and retention


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and driven personality with a passion for customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
