Job Description:


As a Client Relations Assistant for Hilton, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing relationships with clients from the comfort of your own home. This part-time entry-level position requires no previous experience, making it a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in client relations.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database. 3. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating client meetings. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Work closely with team members to brainstorm and implement new strategies for client engagement. 6. Assist in compiling reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels. 7. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and problem-solving skills.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. 2. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. 3. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software. 4. Drive and confidence in dealing with a variety of clients. 5. Adaptability and creativity in finding solutions to client challenges. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
