Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Perodua. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering any inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in maintaining client databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate - Coordinate client meetings, events, and conferences - Assist in the creation of client proposals and contracts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development of client relations strategies and initiatives - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills - Experience in client relations or a related field - Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs - Travel may be required on occasion
