Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Establish and develop relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients - Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the company and its services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
